	Salvador " Chava" Hernandez
	Chava has been Raul 's right hand man for 13 years. He drives the tractor, racks wine, maintains equipment, etc. He allows Raul to be in two places at once.

David Cronin

After leaving Indiana and earning a Geology degree at Colorado College, David proved to his parents that he was capable of both getting a job and procrastinating in getting a real job by working the harvest at Niebaum-Coppola. Fascinated by wine and undeterred by slave wages, he enrolled at UC Davis to study Enology and Viticulture. He worked the 1984 harvest at Joseph Phelps, and then earned a spot at Far Niente, where he founded their Late Harvest program, Dolce, and served as Winemaker from 1985 to 1993.

John Buehler recruited David in 1993, and they celebrated their 13th Harvest together in 2005. When he is not crafting Buehler’s sumptuous wines, David tends his own small winemaking venture, Blackford, which specializes in Sonoma Coast Chardonnay and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Raul Gloria

A father of five, Raul has been been with Buehler for 23 years. He takes care of the vineyards, manages the bottling line, racks wine, pulls hoses, disks the vineyard, fixes the tractor, oversees harvest, manages grape delivery... Basically he does anything and everything! Raul was born in Mexico, but has been in the Napa Valley most of his life. When not taking care of our vineyards, Raul looks after his own 10 acres of hillside Cabernet Sauvignon in the Stags Leap district.

Lorri Sax

Lorri's job description here at Buehler is simple: she runs the place. She's our accountant, order taker, bookkeeper, compliance, MIS...the works. Lori joined us in 1987 after John stole her from the Wine Service Co-op where we store and ship our wine. She had been working there for 3 years. Lori is a California Native and the mother of four kids. When she is not holding down the fort at Buehler she's the business manager of her husband's construction company, Sax and Roscoe Construction.

Misha Chelini

A Napa Valley Native, Misha grew up at another notable hillside winery, Stony Hill Vineyards, where her father has been winemaker for over 35 years. She's been at Buehler for 15 years. As Sales Manager, Misha is the key link in the chain between Buehler Vineyards and the wine-loving public.

Misha and her husband Scott are the proud parents of three beautiful children.

	John P. Buehler
	John oversees the entire day-to-day operation at Buehler, from vineyard management to production to marketing, represents the winery to the public and trade and industry groups, and is responsible for long-term planning and strategy.

Page Buehler

The eldest of the Buehler brood, Page has recently completed his studies at the University of Colorado and returned to the roost. He's now working in the same vineyards in which he once played as a child.

Besides helping David and Raul manage the vineyards and cellar, Page conducts tours and tastings, handles retail sales, and keeps our growing legions of Wine Club members happily supplied with Buehler wines.

Helen Buehler

Helen was born and raised on the family winery and has been immersed in all facets of the wine business. After living in Switzerland, Italy and France she returned to San Francisco where she finished school with a major in international studies and a double minor in social justice and middle eastern studies.

She returned to napa in 2009 to be the first hire of a high end wine marketing company, sister to bounty hunter rare wine catalogue. She then worked at the John Anthony vineyards tasting room before taking a position with Buehler. She enjoys red wine, white wine... And pink wine.

Sergio Garcia

Sergio Garcia and his cousin Pavel Avina hail from Patzimaro de Avina, Mexico. Both have been with Buehler for six years. Pavel and Sergio help Raul and Chava in the vineyard and the cellar -- supervising the picking crew, sorting grapes, driving the tractors, operating the fork lifts, pulling hoses, doing punch downs, doing pumpovers, racking barrels, topping off barrels, filling tanks, cleaning tanks, running the bottling line, pruning, trellising -- in short doing anything and everything it takes to bring Buehler wine from the vineyard to the table.

Pavel Avina

Pavel Avina and his cousin Sergio Garcia hail from Patzimaro de Avina, Mexico. Both have been with Buehler for six years. Pavel and Sergio help Raul and Chava in the vineyard and the cellar -- supervising the picking crew, sorting grapes, driving the tractors, operating the fork lifts, pulling hoses, doing punch downs, doing pumpovers, racking barrels, topping off barrels, filling tanks, cleaning tanks, running the bottling line, pruning, trellising -- in short doing anything and everything it takes to bring Buehler wine from the vineyard to the table.
